Cancellations Policy

Overview

This is the Cancellations Policy for all the products and services sold on this website by Agrecalc Limited, R14 and R15, Peter Wilson Building, King’s Buildings; contact:  [email protected] – the owner of the website www.agrecalc.com, and the platform agrecalc.cloud .

The goods and services sold via this website are individually described and priced in the ‘Product description’ section for every product and service. The price, including all taxes (VAT) is also detailed on every product and service page.

All the purchases of the products and services available on the website can be paid for online, with most major credit and debit cards, as well as via direct bank transfer.

All the products from the product section will be delivered digitally, via subscription to the platform, and all the services as described in the ‘Product description’ section of individual pages.

The minimum length of contract and billing period – for subscription products – is one year from date of purchase. As this is a rolling subscription, you will be notified by email, at various intervals approaching your end-of-subscription date (a month, two weeks, a week and a day before end-of-subscription date), that your subscription will continue for the next year unless you cancel. The email will contain a link to the Cancellation form.

If you don’t cancel within the allocated period, your credit / debit card will be charged accordingly. Please bear in mind that the price of your renewed subscription might change, according to the price list described here, and / or on the respective product pages . The price will not increase for the duration of your contract, i. e., the price you purchased the licence for will remain the same until the last day of your subscription period.

If you cancel the subscription, you will be downgraded to the Free trial version.

Free trial users have three (3) months to trial out the software. Please bear in mind that the trial accounts come with limited software features, as described on the Free trial page [link].

The purchase of a subscription entitles you to one (1) year of access to the Agrecalc Cloud Platform, for the purposes of calculating the GHG emissions generated on your farm. You will receive a Report, detailing your resource efficiency (also known as carbon footprint) per whole farm, per enterprise and per product.

The purchase of a service entitles you to receive the service as described in ‘Product description’ on respective pages.

If you would like to cancel the subscription, the conditions for ending contract are described in our Terms and Conditions of using the App (Clause 15 – TERM AND TERMINATION and the sub-clauses therein) – for business-to-business (B2B) transactions, and in this Cancellation policy for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions – for the products and services purchased online.

These two documents, jointly and severally, represent a binding contract between Agrecalc Ltd (the Company), and you (the Customer).

Duration

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days from the day after the day of your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Example: you purchased the subscription on January 1st at 12 noon. Your cooling off period starts on January 2nd at noon and lasts until January 16th at noon. On January 16th at 12:01 PM, your cooling off period has ended.

To be eligible for a refund, you should NOT click on the “Accept and verify email” button in the email you’ve received after purchasing the licence.

This is in accordance with online and distance selling rules, and rules for downloadable and streamable products as per UK Gov site on Online and distance selling and regulations for downloading and streaming services

To complete your return, we require that you fill out the cancellation form [link] with your details.

Refunds

Once you’ve filled out the cancellation form, our teams will inspect the account.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
